The First Energy Center or "Seventh Sense" is part of the Power of Healing for females on this planet. It is located in the feminine area of the body. This connection of the energy center to the vagina is unique and is really about connecting to the planet to create a very different planetary vibration for a Healing Evolution.

This connection is disrupted due to the "daddy cord" (male energy cord) into the heart at birth, so that women are unable to effectively ground to the planet or ground at all. The disruption of the energy center may mean that energy, mental, emotional and physical conditions of the body may be out of balance or become dis - eased. By circling this energy center it brings into alignment this Seventh Sense and many of the other energy centers of the female universe in a much greater Planetary Energy Synchronicity.

Circle of Life should absolutely be done after intimate sexual encounters of any kind to heal. Intimate connections mean that whatever is in a partner's universe - good, bad, or terrible will go into the feminine area and universe and can destabilize a female spirit to body connection.

If you begin to get sexually stimulated during this meditation, that is a good sign and will begin a resonance that is important for creating orgasm in a much greater ownership - which creates greater consciousness and greater spirit to body healing. Through orgasm you free yourself from your analytic self which is extremely important for optimum health. 

At any point, if you can think of beginning the practice of focusing to the center of your forehead (pineal gland) while doing Circle of Life that is a very big step that will assist in increasing a unified orgasmic release. Through this practice you can initiate Cosmic Merging with your intimate partner. It is an amazing event when this happens.

Please prepare for Circle of Life by creating a relaxing space for yourself. You are giving yourself permission to heal out of male energy controls. You may light some candles and have a nice lotion or oil to use. Circle of Life has healed scores of women through the years and you should heal too - you will noticeably feel more grounded as you practice this and you will find you have much greater energy and integration let alone feeling relaxed and confident as a Vertical Woman.
