In working with James there is a difference between just hearing the
information and understanding it. Equally, there is a difference
between understanding the information and using it.

There is a third, most important aspect to the work
that I am learning now as a beginner of life and that is to own the
information and act on it.

Part of my recent experience has been to make recognitions and communicate without editing.

I am always faced with the opportunity to rely on old patterns but this time I chose the
opportunity to behave vertically and it feels amazing. I have had
these conversations with my partner, people at work as well as friends
and family.

I am beginning to see what a powerful creator I am and the
spiritual work that I am doing also allows me to validate this
experience. What I am learning is that the differences between the
levels of understanding are controls and the more recognition I make
of these discrepancies the more vertical I become.
